Class Style Descriptions: (All-levels welcome)

A full-body yoga class blending foundational postures with longer-held restorative shapes. Suitable for all levels, especially those seeking a calm practice.

    An energetic pilates inspired movement practice aimed to stabilize and mobilize the whole body. Props such as bands, balls, and hand weights may be used.

  • FILI Restore | FILI SPACE | #105-1870 Dowad Dr

    Expect a slow, intentional pace with an emphasis on breath, control, and alignment.

A dynamic hot class designed to gradually build warmth, strength, and mobility. We may work towards arm balancing and inversions as optional explorations. A feel-good practice that’s playful.
